Upper Body Band Workout
You will need a long exercise band. If you have a door hook for your band, great. But if not, tie a knot in the middle of your band and put the knot on the other side of the door, and as you close the door it will secure your band.
Feel free to do this one time through and work it into your normal workout routine. Or go 2-3 times through for a full workout.
