We will not give you a random exercise program for home. We will give you exercises that are meaningful to your deficits and your goals!
Our goal at Go Beyond Physical Therapy is give you a specific structure to your rehab so that you can get better faster and return to the things you love doing. This is not a one size fits all approach.
We will evaluate your movements, your posture, your activities, and your goals. All the things that relates to your injury and lifestyle. Then we can tailor a program just for you.
We believe that by understanding what your impairments are, and getting the full picture, you will better understand why we may give you certain exercises to do at home.
For example, if your shoulder is weak, you don’t need to do a lot of stretching- you need to strengthen! And often 1 or 2 muscles are more important to focus on than others!
