What IS Golfer's Elbow

What IS Golfer’s Elbow?

Golfer’s elbow is a form of tendonopathy at the inner elbow, the medial epicondyle (so the medical diagnosis is Medial Epicondylitis). With repetitive stress to the wrist flexors, these small tears can lead to pain at the medial elbow.

You might be surprised to learn that not only golfers get golfers elbow! Tennis players, baseball players, and bowlers also frequently get medial epicondylitis. As well as overuse from computer work, painting, and raking leaves.
