As Covid-19 cases rise in Contra Costa County, we want you to know that we remain committed to your health and well being. Do not wait or postpone physical therapy due to Covid-19. We offer Telehealth and In Person physical therapy to help get you on the right track to recovery.
We continue to offer Telehealth visits for those who are at risk, or prefer to limit their time outside the house. Insurances will cover these Telehealth visits at least through September 30th. Our out of network and cash rates are slightly reduced for these Telehealth visits.
Even without contact, we are able to diagnose impairments by watching you move.
We can watch you do your exercises in your own home- it allows us to see how you really do them!
We can watch you move and figure out ways to help your mechanics, or progress your exercises.
For our In Person visits, rest assured that we will continue to do everything we can to reduce the risk in our office.
We have installed air filters in each of our treatment rooms that filter the air 5 times per hour, capable of filtering not only pollen and dust but viruses and bacteria as well.
We clean every surface, with hospital grade cleaner, before and after it is touched by staff or patients.
We require masks and have extras if you forget yours (please refrain from using masks with a valve, which do not protect others).
We have hand sanitizer throughout the office.
We change pillow cases for each patient.
We are limiting the number of staff and patients in the office at any time.
