Open with limited hours and staff

The Covid-19 virus has impacted our lives in ways we could have never imagined. During this unsettling global event our number one priority is doing the right thing for the health and safety of our community. We have been working tirelessly to figure out a schedule to continue to best serve our patient population.

We continue to keep the clinic open, in a very limited capacity, and are taking patients on a case by case basis. We will be operating with 1-2 therapists in the most stringent public health capacity.

Here's what we are doing for you:

  • We will be limiting no more than 10 people in the clinic at one time. This includes both patients, therapists, and staff.

  • We have adjusted our schedules to accommodate, and we will be operating on limited hours for each staff member.

  • In addition to our normal cleaning schedule, we are washing every surface that is touched by each of our patients at the end of each appointment (this might include a dumbbell, a pen, the arm of a chair). And we are cleaning the things therapists touch regularly.

  • Anyone entering the clinic will immediately sanitize their hands.

  • We have gloves and masks if you wish to wear them in the clinic, or if you wish for us to wear them.

  • We will do our best to distance 6 feet from others

What you can do for us:

  • Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you wish to reschedule your appointment. As mentioned, we have limited schedules in the clinic and want to be able to serve all of those needing appointments.

  • Please wash your hands in the bathroom, or use hand sanitizer when you enter our office, before each appointment.

  • Please proceed to your treatment space without touching additional surfaces and remain 6ft away from others within the clinic. Please use a chair on the opposite side of the room if possible.

  • Please utilize our telehealth platform for video visits and communication with your therapist (more info in another email).

  • Reduce physical contact with others. Please do not hug or shake hands.

  • Alert us if you have been in the clinic recently and experience symptoms or are diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • If you are over the age of 65, are considered high risk, or have any symptoms similar to COVID-19 we ask that you to stay home and utilize our telehealth option.

  • Be ready for changes to all of this information. As you already know, recommendations and guidelines are changing frequently. Stay alert to your phones and emails for further updates. We will update you as soon as we have further information.

We suggest that instead of canceling your visits, you request a telehealth appointment by calling our front office. If you have any questions or concerns please call (925) 977-9300 or email Korey@gobeyondphysicaltherapy.com
