Medicare Cap - Help repeal the cap!!

                                  Urgent Legislative Action Alert

Due to inaction by Congress, on January 1 a hard cap on outpatient Medicare therapy services went into effect. One you reach the Medicare cap of $2010, there will be NO exceptions and no extensions in Medicare coverage.

Congress has already crafted a bipartisan, bicameral agreement to permanently repeal the hard cap on Medicare therapy services—they just need to pass it. The therapy cap permanent fix must be added to the next piece of legislation that will keep the government funded after January 19, 2018.

Act Now! Please consider taking 90 seconds to call your legislators now, and tell them to pass legislation by January 19 to repeal the hard therapy cap. As each day passes more Medicare beneficiaries are being impacted by the hard Medicare therapy cap.

Your legislators are:
Senator Dianne Feinstein: (202) 224-3841
Senator Kamala Harris: (202) 224-3553
